A regional summary of unmet needs and ride cancellation for non-urgent transportation. Data was collected from April 2018 to March 2019, and compiled by CCSN in spring 2019.
A total of 24,426 unmet needs and cancellation were reported across Champlain during this initial data collection period, consisting of 3,761 unmet needs and 20,665 cancellations.
