The In-person Volunteer Programs and Services – Return to Service Operational Guidelines is a guidance document for Community Support Service volunteer programs on how to implement regulations and requirements that reflect the most recent government and public health guidelines. This detailed guidance document aims to support the diverse nature of volunteer programs across Eastern Ontario.
The document does not replace the applicable legal requirements of each agency, nor does it provide an interpretation of the law. Agencies must refer to local and provincial public health measures and restrictions and ensure compliance with these measures.
