Connected Canadians

Hear about how you can link your clients with Canadian Canadians, a non-profit organization that fosters digital literacy skills amongst older adults to help combat social isolation and loneliness. Led by Ken Roy.


Seniors’ Centre Without Walls Expansion Project

Your agency could benefit from the recently announced, Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) Expansion Project. This 3-year project led by The Good Companions and the Older Adult Centres Association of Ontario aims to expand, strengthen, support, and sustain

SCWW programs across Ontario. Presented by SCWW Ontario Lead Coordinator, Rachel Sutcliffe.


Dementia Companions’ Certificate

Learn about the details of the innovative Dementia Companions' Certificate Program. This intergenerational program helps forge connections between Youth, and Older Adults experiencing isolation. Lead by Natasha Poushinsky from the Champlain Dementia Network and Tahia Khan at the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County.
