A snapshot of reported volunteer contributions in 2018/2019 fiscal year

Every day volunteers contribute the delivery of programs to seniors in our community. While there are mandatory data collection on some volunteer activity required by each agency, it does not capture the details of volunteer contributions, where they work within the organization, nor does it reflect the deep impact they have on the community. This report is a regional snapshot to help to deepen our understanding of the scope and scale of volunteer efforts across community support services and inform our action on volunteer recruitment, retention, and training.
